Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the services provided by PoolLegend San Luis Pool Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Services Provided
We provide professional pool cleaning, maintenance, repair, and related services in San Luis, AZ and surrounding areas. All services are performed by trained technicians following industry best practices.
Service schedules, pricing, and availability are subject to change. We will notify you of any significant changes to your service agreement.
Payment Terms
Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made in writing. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Late payments may result in service suspension and may incur additional fees.
Prices quoted are estimates based on the information you provide. Final pricing may vary based on actual conditions found at your property.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel scheduled services with at least 24 hours notice without penalty. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. For recurring services, we require 7 days written notice to cancel your service agreement.
Property Access and Safety
You agree to provide safe access to your pool and related equipment during scheduled service times. This includes ensuring gates are unlocked, pets are secured, and the work area is accessible.
We are not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing conditions, hidden defects, or issues resulting from lack of proper maintenance prior to our service.
Liability and Insurance
PoolLegend San Luis Pool Service carries liability insurance for work performed. Our liability is limited to the cost of services provided. We are not responsible for damage caused by equipment failure, acts of nature, or conditions beyond our control.
You are responsible for maintaining adequate homeowners insurance and for any damage to our equipment caused by conditions on your property.
Warranty and Guarantees
We guarantee our workmanship for 30 days from the date of service. If you experience issues related to work we performed, contact us within this period for correction at no additional charge.
Equipment and parts installed by us are covered by manufacturer warranties. We do not provide warranties beyond those offered by manufacturers.
Dispute Resolution
If you have concerns about our service, please contact us directly. We are committed to resolving issues promptly and fairly. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through direct communication will be handled through mediation or small claims court in Yuma County, Arizona.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
